Spatial single-cell proteomics data format: The first column "id" represents the cell name, the second column "X" represents the horizontal coordinate of the cell in space, the third column "Y" represents the vertical coordinate of the cell in space, and the last column is the cell type. The remaining columns represent the names of the corresponding proteins. Apart from the column names, we hope that the other data you provide are numbers or missing values NA.
