We have shown the information of some commonly used single-cell proteomics datasets, and the cell types corresponding to the single-cell proteomics dataset are also shown in each dataset card. The download button for some single-cell proteomics datasets is provided to bring convenience for users to use and understand. In addition, we provide five sets of experiments to help users comprehensively understand the methods mentioned in our single-cell proteomics datasets and method section by means of umap visualization.

Experiment Results
