ScopeCell is a user-friendly web application for analyzing single-cell proteomic (SCP) data and single-cell proteomic spatial (SCPP) data by leveraging multiple computational tools. For SCP data, ScopeCell provides various analyses including cell clustering, cell type annotation, and differential and trajectory analysis. While for SCPP data, ScopeCell is able to analyze and visualize protein patterns in a spatial context via Squidpy and various comprehensive visualization approaches.
